My career in real estate began with earning a real estate license in 1978. Since that time, I have owned and operated a property management company, a custom home-building operation, and rehabbed and renovated countless properties. Over the entire time span, I have owned and managed my own small portfolio of properties.

A Qualified Intermediary has the very specific role of guiding the investor through a §1031 exchange.
